He completed his internship and residency at the renowned Royal Prince Alfred Hospital after graduating from the University of Sydney.

Throughout his career, Dr. Northover has worked in various healthcare settings, including emergency medicine and general practice, both in Australia and internationally in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

His diverse experiences range from serving as an emergency doctor at the Royal London Hospital during the London Tube Bombings to providing medical care as a remote area doctor on the Cocos Keeling Islands, where he attended to the indigenous population.
